 This lovely Victorian house is situated on a tree lined avenue a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Southampton. We are within easy reach of a wide range of restaurants and bars and are close to the Mayflower theatre, art gallery, law courts, university and hospitals. Just a 10 minute drive from the M27, M3 and Southampton International Airport, and a few minutes from the train, coach and ferry terminals, the house is in an ideal location.
